This effective practice is geared to (BUT, not limited to) people recovering from, or living with, injury or illness.  This class is effective  for anyone that wants to  care for their body! YogaCARE is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.

    YogaCARE blends restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breathwork, and hands-on adjustments, combined in such a way that anyone dealing with limitations can do safely!

    This unique YOGA class with utilize the rope wall, making poses available for all levels and abilities! We will also begin to learn the first steps to an inversion practice, followed with a beginning pranayama (breath control) practice.
